I am Maxime Fondu, COO and technical project manager at Codevo.

My role is to ensure the coordination of technical teams and to guarantee the effectiveness of the digital solutions we develop. Passionate about web development and new technologies, I have always sought to combine technical performance with an optimized user experience.

At Codevo, I oversee the implementation of efficient processes and robust architectures for our projects. My approach is based on a thorough analysis of each client’s needs in order to propose tailored, scalable solutions that address technical and business challenges.

My role as COO also involves optimizing Codevo’s internal processes, improving collaboration between teams, and ensuring that each project is executed with rigor and efficiency.
