Lardau Laffut is a funeral home group consisting of several centers located in the Condroz region of Belgium. We have been supporting them for several years in the digitalization of their communication through a website designed to inform, reassure, and support families.
Our mission
In the funeral sector, every interaction is filled with emotion and must be handled with respect and discretion. The Lardau Laffut group wanted a website capable of informing families while supporting them during a difficult time.
The challenge was twofold: to offer a clear and accessible platform for consulting information related to the deceased, while integrating features that allow loved ones to pay tribute simply, without complicating the experience.

A human and functional site
We designed a custom website, created to support families with simplicity and compassion. The platform allows users to view obituaries and information associated with each funeral home. We integrated tribute features, including a system that allows users to light a digital candle, which saw strong engagement right from its launch.
Say it with flowers
In parallel, an integration with a florist allows loved ones to easily order funeral bouquets online, thus simplifying the process during a delicate time. The entire solution has been designed to combine discretion, efficiency, and real utility for families.
