What is GVT?
GVT is a purchasing group specialized in products and services for veterinarians in Belgium and Luxembourg. Its main role is to enable its members to access better purchasing conditions while enhancing the profitability of their operations.
Furthermore, thanks to a carefully selected network of partners and strong negotiation capabilities, the group provides real added value to both independent practices and larger veterinary clinics.
Context & Issues
With the rapid evolution of the group, the volume of orders and financial flows was constantly increasing. Meanwhile, the existing tools, primarily based on Excel, were reaching their limits and becoming difficult to maintain on a daily basis.
Thus, teams were facing a lack of visibility and a significant manual workload, which slowed down internal processes.
It therefore became essential to centralize data and automate critical operations in order to ensure greater reliability and fluidity in overall management.
