What is Forestia?
Forestia is a wildlife and adventure park located near Liège, combining nature, recreation, and tree-top adventure courses. The park asked us to completely redesign its online ticketing system to improve the purchasing experience and overall performance.
The initial situation
Forestia already had a functional online ticketing system that its visitors were using. However, the user experience was not very intuitive, which directly impacted usage and conversion rates.
At the same time, the on-site teams (cashiers and managers) had become accustomed to the existing system, making any changes difficult. The challenge, therefore, was to significantly improve the user experience and the shopping journey.

A custom, user-centered ticketing system
We designed a custom, conversion-focused ticketing solution based on a comprehensive UX/UI prototype that was approved by the client. This phase allowed us to define a seamless, guided purchasing journey for visitors while incorporating the operational requirements of the field teams.
A centralized and efficient platform
The platform we’ve developed now makes it possible to efficiently manage online reservations, peak traffic, and payment-related financial flows. An internal management interface has also been designed to provide teams with a powerful, intuitive tool that aligns with their work habits.
